SALES & MARKETING

A good sales project is highlighted by the marketing package.  We recommend realestate.com.au along with high quality professional photographs, a property information brochure as a handout along with a floor plan.  We will agree together the home open times and recommend twice weekly to start with for 30 minutes on Saturday and Monday early evening 5.30pm – 6.00pm.

FINANCE

Should the buyer require finance we recommend Jayne Lynch our in-house Mortgage Broker from WHICH DOOR HOME LOANS.

SETTLEMENT

If you are looking for a settlement agent we recommend MP Settlements in Mount Hawthorn.  Maria and her team have been working with me for over 10 years and their attention to detail is second to none.  A smooth and professional flowing process which all parties are happy with.

Your property settlement period is usually 30-90 days. A final inspection will be organised within 7 days prior to the settlement date as agreed by you and the buyer.
