Great big house lots of room for kids families. The house is very close to the Zoo, Angelo Street shops, 15 minute walk to the Ferry. Fully equipped with all the trimmings. The house has a sofa bed downstairs and one in the master suite. The master suite sofa bed is for 1 adult or 2 small children. This sleeps 2 small adults or 1 large adult. There are 2 open plan living areas downstairs. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 1 bed in an open plan area at the top of the stairs. There are 2 bathrooms 1 with a bath. The ensuite is very big and has 2 sinks in the vanity. The ensuite is off the master bedroom. You could put air mattresses in the master bedroom. It is very large with a small balcony.
The property has a fully equipped laundry with washer and dryer and an exterior clothesline. There is an outdoor entertaining area which is very secure for children. The children cannot get outside of the gate which is locked.
The parking is 2 cars under cover behind an electronic secure gate. If you have a people mover you will need to park this on the road as it will not fit inside the gate or in the carport as the ceiling is not high enough.
Once the gate is closed your children are very safe and secure and cannot get out on the road.
There is all the mod cons in the kitchen. Oven, cook top, microwave, fridge, and dish washer.
All linen is provided as part of the cleaning and linen fees. This is a once off charge per stay. Linen can remain on the beds and please do not wash the linen as we hire the linen for each new stay.

Guests have sole access to this house with parking for up to two cars in the fully secured double remote control garage or parking in the driveway or on the street which is complimentary. People Movers cannot fit into the garage. Lock Box Entry To Property On the day of your arrival you will be given a 3 digit code for the lock box which is located at the front door of the property. If you go out best to put all the keys and the remote back in the lock box so you don’t lose them. When you leave the property you may leave the keys on the bench in the kitchen or in the lock box. There are 2 keys for the front doors and 1 remote control for the garage. If you lose these there is a $139.00 charge for replacing the locks.
